This painting was painted in plein air. These gardens are part of a beautiful ashrama in South India called Govindaji Gardens. Flowers in india grow very lush and very fast. You can see coconut trees, Papaya trees, and many exotic flowers in the back ground. The style is quite realistic with attention to details and colors.

This is a commissioned piece.

Oil on canvas

Framed

Size: 16"x 20"

i love these paintings. there is a rich blue tone in a lot of your paintings, almost a foggy blue, that I really enjoy.
