This painting depicts a flower market in India, where the merchants are getting set up and there is flowers everywhere. Some have stands, some do not and just set up on the concrete floor. In this piece I purposefully painted in a soft impressionist style. Note that I never just take a photo and paint. This is a complete creation, with several preparatory sketches. It is painted in oils on canvas.

Oil paintings executed in nature, with or without people, and beautiful color images, sometimes executed outdoors or in the studio. Some compositions are horizontal or vertical. Some pictures have beautiful skies with sunsets or blue horizons. Some paintings represent flowers, some water, some are green with grass and trees.
