This a modern view of a classical composition. I am sure you have seen many paintings of old with this sort of scene. The only difference is that people are wearing the costumes of their time.
This composition has a lot of triangles. There is one sideways encompassing the 3 figures and the dog and another, with the hat of the man in red being its summit. and of course there is the triangle formed by the man in the background and his broom. Most of the colors are warm and it culminates into the red jacket of the guy on the right. However you can see cool and warm colors alternating in the stones. That makes the painting vibrate. with colors. Another daily painting, after my vacation. I hope to post more regularly from now.
